"To put it together, print your page/pages and cut out each of the coupons individually (I cut just inside of the rectangles so that the coupons were slightly smaller than the cover)- except with the top rectangle on the page- that one is the cover of the book... Cut around the rectangle that is surrounding the front and back cover and fold in half to create the cover of book. Then punch two holes on the left edge of the cover/backside... this will be for your ribbon to go through to hold the pages together... Then you will need to punch each of the coupons so they each line up within the cover of the book. After they are all lined up inside, thread some string or ribbon through and tie a bow."
